How do I attach my phone to the bottle?

Attaching your phone to our bottle is a breeze! Our bottles are designed with a special feature that allows them to stick to the back of your phones. For phone cases or Android phones, we provide a MagSafe sticker with each purchase. Simply attach the sticker to your phone or case, and it will magnetically connect to the bottle. Enjoy the convenience at your fingertips!
Does the Magsafe work when the bottle is empty?

Our bottle is designed to work in all situations. Whether it’s full or empty, you can count on it to securely hold your phone.
Will the magnet damage my phone?

The magnet on our bottle is specifically designed for attachment purposes. It will not cause any damage to your phone.
Is the bottle compatible with any device?

What is the size of the bottle?

The bottle is 700ml in size.
Can the bottle withstand hot and cold water?

Yes, our bottle is specifically designed to maintain the temperature of your beverages. It can keep cold beverages chilled for up to 24 hours and lukewarm liquids warm for up to 12 hours. However, we do not recommend using it for carbonated drinks due to the potential pressure build-up.
How should the bottle be washed?

Our bottle is designed for hand wash only. Please avoid using the dishwasher to ensure its longevity and maintain its quality. We also recommend washing the bottle after receiving it to ensure it’s ready for your use.
Where do you ship to?

Currently, we only ship within Singapore.
How long will my order take to deliver?

Your order is expected to be delivered within 3-5 working days. Please note that delivery times may extend during public holidays.
Can I return or exchange the item?

Due to hygiene purposes, we do not accept returns for change-of-mind purchases.
